Meet The Owner

Noëlle is a long-term resident to Washington, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children (and FUR children), her family is number one! She is passionate about helping people and along with her creative nature she is very down to earth. She is Licensed and Insured, and has  26 different Certifications in Permanent Makeup and has trained with some of the best PMU Artists in the USA. Her passion is Areola Reconstructions and re-pigmentation for Breast Cancer survivors. Her favorite things to do involve; Volleyball , Hiking, Traveling and drinking coffee.
